FlatPack Interactive game “BallFallDown”

Client Need:
Conceptualize a way to transport marble run children’s toy in to the domain of video games. Help create the game visuals and concepts. The target audience is children age 3 – 7. The game must be a sandbox.

My role:
I acted as a concept and graphic designer, providing expertise in areas of user experience, game trends and best practices.
The solution I am most proud of is the creation of dynamic lighting utilizing pre-rendered bevels and shadows. 2 Separate graphics and a simple algorithm for dynamic layer opacity change allowed the in game objects to be properly lit.

Accomplishments:
BallFallDown released for iOS, Android and Windows.
